Our Medium Roast Guatemala has a buttery smooth mouthfeel, medium body and offers complex flavors of Chocolate and Nougat with a slight hint of Orange or Citrus flavors.  ASOPCE (Association of Special Coffee Producers of Huehuetenango) is a small farmers association in Huehuetenango dedicated to providing support and representation to smallholder producing families of Huehuetenango.
